We can help you with your online shopping

You need to provide us with: website’s name, product’s code, colour and size, number of items, and http://link directly forwarding to the product. Following your order, we will suggest a price, including our commision.

When shopping online (e.g. eBay, Amazon), it is possible to have your purchases sent over to our London address, provided that our address will not be stated as “billing” address – our address must solely be used for delivery purposes (we will not be able to accept any package that violates this rule). Please, make sure that the address will appear exactly as the example below:

We must be informed of all items that you have bought and is expected to arrive to our address. This can be done by completing and submitting our Direct Order.

When your paycard is not accepted, or your home address is not recognised by the shopping system, or when our Address is refused by the system as DELIVERY ADDRESS, please contact us and we will arrange the buy on your behalf.

We strongly recommend that you have your items sent to us as a REGISTERED parcel (signature required). We are not responsible for any undelivered items that were not sent this way. Neither are we responsible for any delays or for quality of the goods received to our London address – we do not check the content of parcels. Only the state of packaging itself is inspected.

We will store your items, free of charge, for as long as it may seem necessary.
